The Field Effect is looking for switched on proactive people with experience in clearing and collateral who want to make a difference to their clients by getting things done. We’re looking for the best! Specifically, we are looking for business analysts with experience in process design, requirements definition, vendor selection; along with subject matter experts in clearing and collateral; and project managers experienced in buy-side and sell-side. Experience of change management gained in a financial firm or consultancy is a high priority.

What we offer
TFE offers you the opportunity to get involved in one of the fastest changing areas of the industry.
Working with some of the most prestigious projects and innovative firms you will typically be working in a TFE team with senior client management, helping to shape the way the industry will operate in the coming years.
You will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of clearing and collateral, through formal and informal training and by working with TFE experts, and you will be trained in TFE’s advanced consulting methodology, tools and techniques.

Knowledge
We want people who understand clearing and collateral, either through operational roles, risk management or business line experience. People who recognise that the clearing and collateral world is changing radically, and want to play a part in changing that world.
Change experience
If you have “change the firm” experience in a bank, asset manager, custodian or CCP, or with a consultancy or software provider, we’re interested to meet you. We’re looking for people who have developed process models, business requirements, business cases, roadmaps, architectures or project plans. We’re looking for people who have implemented significant process or technology change.
