New Starter: Neelam Rathod

TFE are delighted to welcome Neelam Rathod to the team! We have asked her to write a little about her experience. Neelam joins us at an exciting time for TFE and will be starting on her first project next week.

A little about me

Hi there, I’m Neelam and I am delighted to have joined David and the team at The Field Effect. My most recent experience has been working at Capco, and prior to that I was with Rule Financial (now GFT). I come with a good deal of experience working in the Investment Banking domain, having worked with the likes of UBS and HSBC etc. I have a good deal of experience delivering regulatory focused projects reacting to: Dodd Frank, EMIR, UCITS V and AiFMD

2016 Objective

For 2016, I would like to continue to build my experience through leading business transformation projects driven by regulatory changes along with target operating model design and client engagement. With change being the constant in the financial sector, I am looking forward to delivering optimum solutions to allow the industry to keep moving.

I am also passionate about people and will be keen to growing and developing new talent within the business.
